As a group business development executive, your role involves attracting new consumers, identifying business opportunities, and building client relationships for both Robinsons and CWP Concrete. You will be working to expand the company’s reach, collaborating with other brands, researching market trends and propelling the companies forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work with two distinct brands and develop their skillset within an ever-developing business environment.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
Develop a growth strategy, researching and identifying new business opportunities across several businesses.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to prospective clients.
Monitor and analyse business development metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive developments, and best practices in business development, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Attend events and shows where appropriate.
Management of new product development initiatives.
