Equestrian Kit Building including steelwork, purlins, roof cladding, roof lights, rainwater goods, end cladding, side cladding & concrete panels.

Ideal as a Small Dressage Arena 

STEELWORK

To supply for erection on prepared site and concrete foundations, steel portal frame 5m centres with 356 x 171 x 45kg UB stanchions with web stiffeners and 305 x 165 x 40kg UB rafters with rafter stays.

Both gable frames to have 4 No. 203 x 133 x 25kg UB intermediate sub stanchions, including CHS rafter and side bracing to both end bays, complete with CHS eaves ties.

All steelwork is to be shot blasted and painted with a red semi-oxide finish.

PURLINS
To supply 225 x 75 graded tanalised timber purlins bolted to frame at 1.375m centres. Eaves beam to be 225 x 75 C16 graded tanalised timber.

ROOF CLADDING
To supply Profile 6 reinforced corrugated natural grey fibre cement sheets. Ridge to be alternating close fitting and ventilating crown cranked. Verges are to be finished with fibre cement barge boards.

ROOF LIGHTS
Incorporate 64 No. 1.525m corrugated 2.40kg/m² GRP profile 6 roof lights in the roof cladding positioned to suit the customer’s requirements.

RAINWATER GOODS
Eaves to have Robinsons’ standard galvanised steel box gutter fixed externally to brackets welded onto stanchions, complete with 2 No. 110mm Ø UPVC downpipes to each side, including mastic sealed joints.

END CLADDING
Both gable ends are to be clad down to 2.869m (9`6“) below eaves level, with 150 x 25 graded tanalised Yorkshire boarding on 125 x 75 graded tanalised timber sheeting rails.

SIDE CLADDING:
Both sides are to be clad down to 2.869m (9`6“) below eaves level, with 150 x 25 graded tanalised timber Yorkshire boarding on 125 x 75 graded tanalised timber sheeting rails.

OPENINGS

2No. Openings to be 4.572m (15`) wide x 4.000m (13`) high, positioned one central on each gable end. 

CONCRETE PANELS

To supply 90mm thick x 1.200m high to both ends and sides, excluding doorways.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

These items incur extra charges – a Robinson’s Estimator will be able to provide you with pricing. 

  • Kickboards can be supplied and fitted in lieu of, or as well as concrete panels.  
  • Doors and delivery, please call Robinsons Estimator.
  • Steelwork finish, galvanising as optional extra.
  • Erection, Foundations and Concrete works can be offered to give you a full turnkey service.
  • Planning and building warrant service available. Avoid the stress of arranging this by allowing us to handle it for you.
